Serving the Inland Empire since 1977, Baseline Animal Hospital has been offering high-quality, friendly veterinary care for the Inland Empire for over thirty years. We are a full-service veterinary hospital in Rancho Cucamonga, California that cares for dogs and cats.

Dr. Jim Guirges

Veterinarian, Medical Director

Dr. Jim Guirges has been serving clients and patients at Baseline Animal Hospital for over twenty years. He is a graduate of Missouri State University College-Veterinary Medicine-D.V.M.

With 30+ years of experience in Veterinary Medicine. he has been practicing Small Animal Medicine here for the last 25 years.
